Caused cystic acne
I have been eyeing this supplement for months after seeing some benefits of colostrum for gut health. I do not have a dairy intolerance or allergy and I consume organic whole milk dairy products almost daily with zero issues. You can imagine my surprise when after about a week of taking this supplement once a day in water, I started to noticed little cluster of breakouts around my chin and jaw. I do not struggle with acne and if I ever get a pimple, its usually on my forehead from sweat working out. I stopped Armra for a couple days and it cleared up immediately. I tried the supplement again just to test it out because it is expensive and after two weeks I developed the most painful cystic bumps on my cheeks, jaw, and chin. They were under the skin and hurt to touch. I stopped the supplement immediately and it took another week but my skin cleared up. I can now confirm this supplement was the cause of the acne. I'm not sure why because I'm not allegic to dairy but it did not agree with my body. Bummer because the product is expensive.
NAILS
This is going to sound crazy, but this product has made my nails grow so LONG and STRONG. I have NEVER had long nails in my life. My nails have always been weak and break easily. I started taking this for the skin benefits and before I knew it, my nails looked like a full acrylic set. Such a pricey product, but man... this gives me nails no other vitamin in my life has. I've done it all- every skin/hair/nail vitamin. Nothing else has had this kind of effect!

I use the unflavored and its not detectable in beverages. It has helped with glowing skin and my joints feel a bit better, too. Ive gone through a few bottles now and am happy to see at at Ulta where I can earn points! Will purchase it here going forward
Amazing Product
This product has been a game changer fir me! My hair was falling out due to hypothyroidism, was on medication, which didn't help help with the falling and hair growth. I've been using this for over 3 months and the shedding has slowed down and i have for new growth.
