I have worn EL for well over 30 years and this Double Wear Foundation powder since it came out. I have had no problem buying the same shade I have worn for many, many years until now. I bought my regular shade from ann online retailer and it was nothing like my normal shade. I chalked it up to being a "scam product" and went into a department store and bought my normal shade. I got home and it was completely different from my normal shade and from the compact I had ordered online. I returned that compact and the salesgirl tried to help me find a shade that was like my old longtime compact, but it is too dark as well. I guess I will have to switch to a totally different company to try to find something that works. WHY mess with products that your loyal customers have used and loved for years and years? I am so completely disappointed in Estée Lauder. No warning to customers or the EL counter staff. They had no clue a the formula had changed either. BAD DECISION AND BAD BUSINESS!!! I am very disappointed in Estee Lauder

I have been using this for years and years!! Loved everything about it!!! Until I went to purchase. Clerk warned me that the color and formula had changed. We tried to get a good match. But got home and tried it. My face was orange as a pumpkin. Been back other times and still no match. I will now have to search for new makeup.

The formula change is terrible. I can't believe a company like Estee Lauder would make such a change. Somebody must have been asleep at the wheel to let this take place. I have switched to Lancome after having been an Estee customer for over 30 years.

I went to the Estee Lauder coutner and per the consultants advice purcahsed Pebble. WhenI got home and tried it one it was significantly darker. I returned to the store and the consultant said they are continously having problems with that shade. She showed me the store sample and compared it what I purchased (both were labled as a Pebble). They were completely differnt. The closest one they had in stock was Fresco.
