Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have dry, color treated hair, wavy hair. I use this deep conditioner at least once a week. Sometimes i use my daily conditioner on my roots and use this on my mid-shaft and ends. Depends on how much heat styling i've been doing to my hair. When it's really damaged (summer time with chlorine and sun and saltwater), I'll use it as an overnight treatment and rinse out in the morning. Makes my hair healthy, shiny and strong.
