Sara Happ = Abysmal Customer Service
Disappointed that Ulta even carries this brand. I contacted SH directly about an obvious packaging defect. You have to squeeze the tube like your life depends on it. Over time, the pressure needed to dispense the tiniest amount caused a seam at the top to split; with each subsequent squeeze, the product oozed through the open seam. Was told this occurred because it's a thick product and I could return the defective product at my own expense.
