Overpriced for what it is

Why did you change the formula?
This new formula for the dream slip is so sticky and not hydrating at all. Been buying them for years, and now I need to find some other brand. This one is awful :(
Nothing heals my lips like this
its hard to find a lip treatment that actually works and doesn't cause more chapping. 😩 i have to buy more my lips have never been in such great shape. 💋✨
Fake product!
I ordered the lip slip balm and the overnight mask and both are fake copies. The boxes were opened and torn inside where the jars sit. Skeptical, I opened the jars to see if they were used, there weren't fingerprints. I dipped my finger in the lip slip and having used it for many years, I knew it wasn't authentic. Also, the lip slip came in a beautifull gold box whereas this came in a white box the same as the overnight mask. I'm disappointed in Ulta and won't order anything else from them! I ordered several other items which haven't yet arrived and they will be returned as well.
Formula has changed! No good anymore
I've been using Sara Happ products for at least five years and I can tell you right now this jar that I receive recently is definitely not the original formula. It's not the same consistency and not as hydrating. And looks different when I apply it. It doesn't have the sparkles like it used to. They must've changed the formula. Highly disappointing will no longer be using this product.
The Best!!
I've been using the Sara Happ lip slip and overnight dream mask for years. My lips are dry year round. Sara Happs line is the only one that works for me. While the balm is sticky, it's also smooth, glossy, and last all night long. It has a slightly pink sheen and is not flavored. There is a hint of a rose floral scent. It's extremely moisturizing and in the mornjng my lips feel soft and hydrated. I rub it into my cuticles and onto my hands if i have any left over after i apply it to my lips. I love the luxury packaging and have often bought the balm and lip scrub as gifts. This will forever be on my nightstand. High recommend. A++
