I have been on the search, for years, to find a gloss that: isnt super thick, isn't sticky, doesnr leave a film after wearing, doesnt burn the edges of my lips, and isn't too aggressively shiny… quite the list… I have purchased so many glosses that end up getting thrown away or left in a drawer neve...

Wish It Lasted Longer
I was excited to give this lip product a try as I have loved nearly all of OSEA's products! What I love: the smell; it's a classic OSEA scent. It glides on wonderfully and looks amazing after the initial application. The ultra-plush doe foot applicator feels great and applies the lip oil with ease...

fine other than packaging- difficult to use
Feels pretty good. iffy about the smell but the smell is expected as it smells similar to other things in this brand. What had made it difficult to use is the huge doe foot applicator that is difficult to even pull out if the bottle. As we know, oil makes things slippery. The oils in this formula make the stopper constantly pull out when I pulled out the huge applicator. I got annoyed and pulled the stopper out. This has now crushed the lid because there is no seperation between the GLASS bottle and the PLASTIC lid. All around annoying packaging.
Been using this product for a year…
I've been using this product for about a year now. I tend to use the Osea lip balm when I really don't feel like lipstick. The product's packaging is simple and I can see why people complain about it. If purchasing, you'll want to be careful. IMO, the packaging isn't the problem. The emulsion itself doesn't seem to penetrate the lip. It simply lays on top of your lips (similar to gloss or lipstick but without any staying power). As a result, you end up reapplying constantly. Rather annoying. Don't get me wrong, I love the Osea body oil. Even my other half uses it. Just not a big fan of the lip product.
Love the product HATE THE container/bottle
I love this product and would absolutely recommend the formula, but the packaging needs serious improvement. My first bottle accidentally fell out of my purse and shattered. I repurchased it because I love how well it works, but now the cap on the new bottle has broken. For the price, I expect packaging that's much more durable. The product itself deserves 5 stars, but the bottle and cap definitely do not. I hope the brand redesigns the packaging because I'll keep buying the product if they do.
I wouldn't buy this lip oil again...
This lip oil was given to me as a gift. I actually really love their body oil but this lip oil dries out my lips and makes them feel dehydrated. I have used half of it but I seem to have to reapply more often than I would like.
3 stars for the crappy packaging
The product is good, easy to apply and soothing but after the first week the inside filter that prevents too much product coming out broke off, then a few weeks later the plastic top cracked from top to bottom. Two things, 1. this is an expensive product, and 2. I barely used it, it sit on my desk at work, so its not being treated rough. Osea - Do better for the price. I dont recommend this item.
