I wanted to love this product, but I do not. First of all, I didn't read the "how to use" before purchasing, so I thought it was more of a "lip mask" to repair overnight. I thought I would apply it at night and wake up to better lips. However, it's basically just the Lippe Balm in a different container, but more gloopy. Also after using it a few times, I actually thought my cracked lips were getting worse. I haven't used it in a week, and they feel better now.

Moisturizes well but way over priced. Shipping and delivery took an eternity and customer service was non existent. I will NEVER order from this company again.
Gave my mother and I orange/yellow blisters on our lips.
Like any other lip mask my mom put it on her lips. I thought it was something else that made her have blisters on her lips until I just tried it this morning, took a nap and have woken up with a yellow/orange blister.

Feels good upon application and hydrates temporarily. Unfortunately, my lips are crusted and sore the next day, more dry than beforehand. I've tried this in various situations but the end result is always the same. In general, Drunk Elephant products leave a lot to be desired and are not worth the price.
