Honestly, this is just a more solid petroleum jelly. I expected it to be hydrating and plumping but I was very disappointed. I saw no difference in hydration or the plumpness of my lips. For its price, I expected so much more.

I think what makes this product good is it was very thick and felt like it was actually filling your lips with moisture. I think I've been spoiled with lip plumper having an effect of inflammation or something that is swelling your lips slightly and that's what I was expecting, so I was underwhelmed at first, but then really did feel like my lips were fuller on their own from consistent nightly use. Also cool with all of the drunk elephant products I've used. You don't have to wait forever to see results. It feels almost 1st time use you see it on your face.

Not too impressed with this product. It is no different than my every day Chapstick. It doesn't last as long either. It does not keep my lips moisturized for very long and I have to keep reapplying. The shine does not last, and there is no glow, plumping, or anything that I thought would happen. Vaseline works better and longer.
