Begin with clean lips. Apply a generous amount using the soft and plush bunny ear applicator. Distribute product evenly across top and bottom lip for a perfectly plumped pout.

I've used a lot of plumping glosses over the years, and this is DEFINITELY the strongest burn I've experienced from a gloss! I think I have a pretty high pain tolerance when it comes to beauty including getting actual lip filler injections every 12-18 months. And honestly…. I'm having trouble deciding which is more painful: actual lip injections, or the first 5–10 minutes of B.I.G. Mouth XL. Lol. For anyone wanting a comparison to Polite Society's other plumping gloss (B.I.G. Mouth Lip Plumping Oil Gloss), this XL version burns a LOT more but it also plumps your lips a LOT more! This may seem like a worthy sacrifice to some and not others. In comparison to Too Faced's OG Lip Injection, both versions of Polite Society's B.I.G. Mouth glosses feel like a major upgrade—which makes sense since Polite Society was founded by the same creator as Too Faced. I always thought the original Lip Injection formula was too thin and slippery. The glossiness faded quickly and had a tendency to slide into my mouth, which is never pleasant since plumping glosses tend to taste awful. Polite Society fixed those issues with their B.I.G. Mouth glosses. The formula is thicker, the gloss is glossier and lasts longer, and it stays put much better. On top of that, the plumping effect of this XL version is stronger and much more noticeable than anything I've tried from Too Faced's Lip Injection line or from any other brand for that matter. Bottom line: If you want noticeable plumping and a longer-lasting gloss, B.I.G. Mouth XL definitely delivers. Just be prepared for a very intense burn at first—it's just part of the price of admission.
The hottest most spicy plumper ever!
Just picked this up today, before heading into the other store for groceries, I decided to put this on and try it. All I can say is OH MY GOSH. I have never experienced this strong of a lip plumper before. I walked around with my eyes watering for a bit and afraid to breath or taste it lol. I am exaggerating(barely, but just a little) it plumped my lips unlike anything I've ever tried! Getting over the initial punch of pain and using it over time, will make this the best lip plumper in my opinion. If you are sensitive to that burn or intensity, I don't think this would be for you. Beauty is a little painful sometimes though, so I'm sticking with it😚
I thought the original was the best..I was wrong
This is by far the best lip plumper I have EVER used, it literally gives me lip filler!!! Be warned though, the burn is so intense it like paralyzes your lips for a solid 15 minutes lol!
Burns but works!
I have very thin lips. I was not looking for a plumper but happened across this when I was buying something else online and, on a whim, decided to try it. Ooo-eeeee, not gonna lie, it does burn (for about 20 mins or so), but dang, it seemed to work for me! I have a super keen sense of smell, and did not notice any bad scent (or really, any scent at all), as others have mentioned. If you have thin lips like me, give this a try! I was pleasantly surprised at the results!
