BEST THING TO CURB AND LOSE!

I bought lemme curb, lemme burn and her Irish SeaMoss tincture and I can tell you one thing is sure I have more energy throughout my day and I have way less cravings. To the point where I actually don't think about food. I was someone who recently was over eating and very stressed out. I was lookin...g for anything to curb my bad habits of snacking, constantly wanting food just because I love the taste of it and it's my weakness lol I've tried a lot of different things over all the years of my life and they all seem to maybe work for a second but it also comes with side effects of headaches and feeling extremely fatigue and tired. However, I can tell you I have been taking all three of these supplements every morning when I wake up for the last two weeks now and it has completely changed my life. I don't say that lightly. I was around 190 the biggest I've ever been in my life and really struggling to understand what it was that was making me over eat and I'm pretty sure it was stress induced. However, I'm still extremely stressed out The only thing different I've taken are these supplements and I'm down to 171. Im not saying these products are all that has made me lose the weight and if you're looking for weight loss pills I'm not here to guarantee anything I just know that I feel like I want to eat maybe once a day and my portions are regular portion sizes when I do eat instead of over eating like I was and it's just been really nice to have that change within my health and body. I will say though it needs to build up in your system is what I've noticed because the first couple days to a week I was like still eating a lot but noticing that after I took them, I wasn't hungry and then later on in the evening I was really hungry so I feel like it needs to build up a tolerance in your system in order for them to work correctly because now I've been consistently taking them for two weeks and like I said, I'm down about 20 pounds and don't even think about eating/ when I do eat, it's very appropriate portions and maybe once or twice a day versus snacking late at night like I was so overall I am extremely happy with this product and I will absolutely be taking all three of these products together consistently like I have been for the long-haul .
