I would not recommend a frined
More expensive than powder, questionable effectiveness and Lower flexibility in dosing.
Expensive and dry
For the same price you can find 30 day supplies while this is only 12 days. It also has a really dry texture and an after taste that's hard to place. The size of the gummies is larger than I was used to as well. I will pass on a rebuy.
