Is this a gluten free product?

But read on, because if you're asking this question, there's more you should know. *cue ‘90's music from NBC* We don't actively market our products as gluten-free, primarily because we believe this can be confusing. There are a number of myths surrounding the impact of gluten in personal care vs. food. According to the Mayo Clinic, shampoos and conditioners that contain gluten would need to be swallowed or come into contact with an open wound for someone with Celiac disease to react. This is even true for different types of dermatitis that can arise from Celiac, but still it is required that the gluten be ingested vs. topically applied (with the exception of things like lipstick where you'd easily ingest product or application on or near a wound). So if you're gluten-intolerant or have Celiac disease, it's worth talking to your allergist or doctor about your personal care needs. A pretty good shampoo.
For an every day, well-priced, regular shampoo this is pretty nice. However, it is not exactly "clarifying" in my experience and does not foam up very much.
LOVE
I have very fine, wavy to frizzy hair and I struggle to find hair products that don't make my hair tangled or feel weighed down. This is it! As soon as I rinse it off in the shower, my hair is super soft and tangle free! Even as it dries it still feels soft and less frizzy. Doesn't really have a smell. But is vegan & cruelty free which is a non-negotiable for me. Buy it!!!
Not clarifying just regular shampoo
I did not see any difference than a regular shampoo. Nothing clarifying about it.
Clarifying Shampoo For Real
I have hard water and tried to use this as a lower cost alternative to the Pattern cleansing shampoo - this baby is the big gun! I can use this probably once a month instead of the Pattern one I use weekly. It's great use it after big events that involve lots of hairstyling products and follow up with a heavier conditioner than usual.
