Disappointing Results Despite Recommendation
I have wavy, oily hair and bought this shampoo based on Odele's own website recommendation, but it was a huge disappointment. It dried out my hair badly, and somehow made my scalp get oily even faster than usual. Instead of feeling balanced or volumized, my hair felt stripped and uncomfortable. On top of that, the smell is honestly unpleasant and lingered even after rinsing. I wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for my hair type at all. Definitely won't repurchase.

I don't know what it was about my old shampoo brands, but my hair stopped curling in annoying ways once I switched to this. Now I feel like my hair is just weighty enough to be styled how I want, and to prevent flyaways/cowlicks. My hair also gets oily fast, but I can now go an extra day without a wash and it doesn't feel or look gross. Consider me a lifelong fan :)

I tried multiple different Odele shampoos and conditioners and they were all just awful. They have the consistency of water, they don't lather well, they don't leave my hair feeling clean whatsoever. Very disappointed and can't believe how many good reviews this company has.
