Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Part hair using fingers and apply shampoo as close to the scalp as possible. Let set for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Great detox shampoo
I moved to a place with really hard water last year, and this shampoo was great with getting rid of buildup on my scalp until I got a water filter for my shower. It does strip a lot from your hair, so I wouldn't recommend using it for every wash. Great product and really helped a lot!

Honestly detoxing is exactly what it does after one wash it left my hair feeling madded it down. I could tell from one to wash it was clean. There wasn't a lot of nourishment with it. Which is OK I only use this to take down my braids and I knew I needed a good scalp detox.
