- Grinding is a little odd but I understand why it was chosen I guess - The ribbon-like dispense method is really pretty and is great at helping you control how much to use - Smells so good! Like “ocean”-like candles - Feels very nice and is very gentle - Washes off smoothly - Skin feels hydrate...

Complimentary from kopari beauty. I like the packaging of this cleansing balm and how easy it is to dispense. However, I don't think it does the best job at removing makeup compared with other cleansing balms. It also seems to irritate my skin a bit as well

Great product however it does not last long at all
Interesting cleanser
When I got this cleanser out of the bag that night to use it I was a little lost on how to use it at first but quickly figured it out!! I gave the lid on the jar a full turn and quickly realized I didn't need that much cleanser because it was concentrated. I started using small circular motions around my face and forehead and I dreaded using it over my eyes because cleansers burn my eyes due to chronic dry eye syndrome. To my surprise it didn't burn! It removed all of my makeup including my longwear mascara and waterproof foundation very easily. No pulling and tugging, as I am 53 and do not want to add any more lines and wrinkles to my face. This melted like butter and when mixed with warm water rinsed away completely, no residue or greasy feeling left behind. Just smooth soft, hydrated skin. I hope Kopari will eventually come out with products that are anti aging and that will help women who are 50 and above. Other than that I would definitely recommend this cleanser. I will say I like the gel cleanser for the morning as I don't need something that buttery for my morning routine. Thanks Kopari and I'm so happy you are back at ULTA as I was so sad when you left last time. I have tried almost all of your products and I do have alot of them! They are great and I love the smell of them. Your sunscreens are superb! Thanks again! A highly satisfied customer from MO!

I love this, but it stings my eyes
I really like most aspects of this balm. The texture is lovely, the packaging and dispenser style feels so innovative and almost luxury, and the smell is nice, but not too strong. It absolutely stings my eyes, though, which is a huge con. It does a good (but not excellent) job removing makeup. I double cleanse on days i wear makeup or lots of sunscreen, so whatever little bits the balm doesn't remove, my second cleanser will. Not a con for me, really, but worth mentioning.
Was skeptical but I really enjoy this cleansing balm
I bought this about a week ago & gave usex it everyday. I noemally use clinque take tye dau off or the prequeo 2 step. Ive been using this & the elemis dynamic wash. I love then both. This balm is creamy greasy which breaks up makeup really well & its gentle. I have sensitive reactive skin, especially in winter. Zero reaction. I like how easy it is to dispense. Withbthat beingbsaid im only a week in, i wonder if it will dispense all og the product or leave a bunch in the jar. Idk. So far so good tho.
