I purchased this around the time it launched. I purchased the Comin' In Hot Pink and Coral Crush. The Hot Pink one is pigmented for sure. That said I would suggest trying out on hand first. Then either trying out fist by playing on back of hand first then dipping the Liquid blush brush I also ...

Smelled weird and hard to blend
I received this product in exchange for my honest review Elf has clearly gone down in quality and this smelled like a magic marker and was hard to blend. It was so dark it looked like clown makeup. I'm thankful I didn't pay for this as I had to throw it away.

Pretty color, blends well but not really the great pigment everyone was saying it was. Nice product. I would recommend elf as a brand for those with dry and sensitive skin.
Leaks Big Time
Only need a small amount which is plus about this product. After only a few days of use, made a huge mess. Have to keep in a plastic bag or spills out everywhere. ELF should have used another container.
