Not very visible
I bought it a week ago. This is nice for a sheer glow. But otherwise it's not very visible and not long lasting either. Makes my skin oily after a while.

Beautiful Glow—Just Too Bright for Winter
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This highlighter gives a really beautiful glow, but it's just a bit too bright for my complexion during the winter months. I can see this being perfect in the spring and summer once I have some color. The formula blends nicely and gives a soft, radiant finish without feeling heavy. I'll definitely be reaching for this again when the sun comes back.

I can say this is a very good formula and close to charlotte tilbury. I absolutely feel like elf has made highend make affordable for all. This gives my face a luminous glow and shimmer I need. It's perfect packaging to travel with and it's easy to remove. I love this brand so much.
Natural radiance for the face
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I tried this highlighter because I was looking for something light and luminous for everyday wear, and it pleasantly surprised me. The formula is liquid, very soft, easily spreads over the high points of the face, and doesn't clog the skin's texture. With the shade IRL Angel, it gives a very natural, luminous glow that looks like the skin itself is healthy and fresh, rather than "covered in highlighter." Most people in the reviews also note that it's not too shimmery and doesn't make the face look like a mirror, but leaves a soft, "lit-from-within" effect that is well-suited for everyday makeup. The highlighter blends easily with fingers or a brush, but some feel that the applicator could be more convenient – sometimes the product doesn't come out very precisely, and you have to achieve the desired intensity manually. It's not super bright, but if you want a more pronounced glow, you can layer a little more. Considering that for this price it's a great option for everyday radiant skin, I would buy it again.
