Rinse face and hands with warm water. Pump gel into damp hands and work into a lather. Gently massage lather onto face using a circular motion and avoiding the eye area. Rinse with lukewarm water, pat dry and follow with Calendula Herbal Extract Alcohol-Free Toner.

It's ok
I bought this because I have oily yet sensitive skin. At first I really liked this cleanser, but over time I found this cleanser to be extremely drying and causing breakouts, even though I have very oily skin. I stopped using it. The dryness and breakouts have stopped.
Best thing ever
My skin was dry as all get out and red as can be. Met a Kiehls rep in ulta one day and she introduced me to this face wash and gave me a sample. I used it a few nights in a row and was sold! My skin was quickly gaining its moisture back and the redness was getting soothed. The key to the product is that a little goes a long way. Pump a pea sized amount and lather it together on your fingers then apply it to your face and wash your face. One bottle of this lasted me over a year, definitely worth the money to me. I follow it with the ultra repair moisturizer and my skin has never been better. I have very sensitive skin and this moisturizer has changed my life for the better. I recommend this to all my friends and turned them on to it. I will forever use this!!!!

Thick, gentle formula that really leaves my face feeling clean without irritation or harsh exfoliation. It's a silky gel rather than a foaming liquid, which I love because it stays on the skin exactly the way it's applied, almost like a mask. I keep a bottle both in the shower and by the sink because now I won't clean my face with anything else.
