A very effective makeup remover
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My wife was really amazed at how well this product works at getting makeup off. After using it her skin was left feeling very soft and clean. This will likely replace her other makeup removers.
Just what I was looking for
Smells great, works well. There is a slight oil, so I pump directly on my face - instead on my hands. Use as an initial cleanser to remove makeup, followed by a foaming cleanser, just because of the medical grade products in my regimen. Could also be used alone, makes skin feel great and very soft.
I do not recommend
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The packaging is pretty and appealing. The bottle was kind of hard to open. The actual product smelled so bad I didn't even want to try it. When I did try it, it made my face feel so awful. It was way too oily and I almost couldn't wash it off. It made my skin feel really gross and even after I washed my face again I could still smell the product. 10/10 do NOT recommend
Gross feeling
I didn't like anything about this product. The scent is awful, it leaves a gross, greasy film on your face. I have to follow it with my normal cleanser to get the feeling off my skin. Doesn't even remove makeup that well, so you're better off buying a different product if you want to double cleanse….
Great for double cleansing!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've used cream and balm cleansers, but this was my first gel cleanser. I really like that this gel cleaner is dispensed vs scooped out. It feels more sanitary and less of a hassle. I used it as the first step of my double cleansing routine and my skin looked amazing the next day. A little goes a long way and my makeup melted immediately. My only complaint ( and I've found this with ALL cleansers) is it removed most but not all of my makeup. I still needed to use a makeup wipe to fully remove everything.
