Q
How many ml or teaspoons do I need to use per day? (wearing t-shirt + shorts, excluding face/neck area)
Asked by Grace
Official Answer By La Roche-Posay - BE
Hi there! Thank you for reaching out about our Anthelios Melt-In Milk Body and Face Sunscreen SPF 60. For adequate protection on exposed areas like your arms and legs (when wearing a t-shirt and shorts), we recommend applying approximately one teaspoon of Anthelios Melt-In Milk Body and Face Sunscreen SPF 60 per limb. The key is to apply generously for optimal coverage and reapply often, especially after swimming or sweating. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Is this a mineral sunscreen?
Asked by Karie
Official Answer By La Roche-Posay - BE
Hello there! Anthelios Melt-In Milk SPF 60 is not a mineral sunscreen. It's a chemical sunscreen formulated with specific UV filters. The full list of active ingredients is on the product packaging. For specific details about the filters used, please refer to the packaging or our website. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Hi, does this sunscreen prevent tanning? Thank you
Asked by BeautyQuestions
Official Answer By La Roche-Posay - BE
Hello there! While Anthelios Melt-In Milk Sunscreen SPF 60 provides broad-spectrum protection against the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays, no sunscreen can completely prevent tanning. Tanning is the skin's natural response to sun exposure, even with sunscreen use. Our sunscreen helps to significantly reduce the intensity of tanning and minimize sun damage, but it doesn’t block 100% of the sun's rays that cause tanning. Consistent and proper application, along with other sun protection measures like seeking shade and wearing protective clothing, is essential for minimizing both tanning and sun damage. Was this answer helpful to you

Best sunscreen I've ever used!

Having pale white skin, I use daily sunscreen to protect it. What I love about this new discovery is how easy and smooth it is to apply. It feels like a gentle whip cream gliding on to my skin. Unlike other products I've tried, it doesn't leave my skin dry or oily; just right and moisturized. It is ...

It is okay

I chose this sunscreen because I could use it on my face as well as my body. I put it on in the morning and keep well away from my eyes but by the middle of the day my eyes are watering and they sting until I wash it off. Also it makes my face greasy.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Absolutely love this sunscreen! I've tried so many sunscreens over the years, and this one truly stands out. The La Roche-Posay Anthelios Melt-In Milk SPF 60 absorbs beautifully — no white cast, no greasy finish, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I have combination skin, and this works perfectly under makeup or on its own. It's lightweight, fragrance-free, and gives amazing protection even on the sunniest days. I also love that it's water-resistant and gentle enough for sensitive skin. Definitely my new go-to sunscreen — worth every penny!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] What I love most is the texture: it's called "melt-in milk" for a reason. It absorbs beautifully without leaving a greasy or heavy residue. There's no white cast, which is a huge win, especially for darker skin tones. It layers well under makeup and doesn't pill or cause breakouts (and I have sensitive, acne-prone skin).

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is one of my favorite skincare brands so I was super excited to try this product. I plan to use it as a face sunscreen but it can also be used on the body. The texture was not too greasy and it rubbed nicely into my skin to wear under makeup. No harsh scents and not a strong sunscreen scent either which is a plus for me using it on the face. So far, I'm really enjoying this product and I am very happy with it!

Finally a sunscreen that I really do want to use!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review I have a very pale complexion so I use sunscreen almost daily. It's so hard to find good sunscreen that isn't heavy and greasy, but thanks to LA ROCHE-POSAY I think I finally found one that I can actually tolerate. The texture is incredible. It really feels more like a lightweight lotion than a sunscreen. There's no sticky or oily feeling left behind. It sits really nice under makeup. The protection is also great. It is SPF 60 and I feel confident wearing this for long days. It is also fragrance-free and hasn't caused any breakouts on my combination, slightly sensitive skin. I definitely recommend this 100%

Not for me

The good: melted into legs, velvety finish The bad: face broke out, pilled on arms I did love the way my skin felt, but with my face breaking out and the pilling it's too pricey to recommend.
