• Download the MyDyson™ app and create your account.
• Plug in and power on your Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler and dryer and add machine to the app. Bluetooth® wireless technology must be enabled on your mobile device.
• Follow the steps in the MyDyson™ app to pair your Airwrap i.d.™. Airflow will be active as you pair.
• Once paired, power off your Airwrap i.d.™. Continue set-up in the app to enable features such as the i.d. curl™ personalized curling sequence.
• Take the simple quiz on the app to set up your personalized hair profile. Your Airwrap i.d.™ will automatically tailor its settings to match your styling preferences.
• Now, you're ready to wrap, style, and set your curls with the touch of a button. Power on your Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ and slide thumb up on power button to begin i.d. curl sequence.
STYLING TIPS
• For best results, start with freshly washed hair.
• Stretch: Use the Wide-tooth comb attachment to shape and lengthen curly and coily hair as it dries.
• Define: Use the Wave+Curl diffuser to define and shape natural curl patterns. Dome mode (without prongs) enhances and defines natural waves or curls. Diffuse mode (with prongs) adds volume at the root, for more texture.

Mine died on day 1…TWO MONTHS LATER…no replacement
I bought two Airwraps for my adult daughters. One stopped working mid-style and it never turned back on. It's been 2 months and I haven't received a replacement as promised. I'm so disappointed with the customer service response for a customer who spent this much money.

I really love it
So far, I have used this twice and both times they have been great. I did have a shark but got this as a gift and the difference really is astounding. The Dyson doesn't feel like it's pulling on my hair. The attachments attach well and it's easy to manipulate around my hair. I have 3b/c hair and it's pretty thick. I've been using it to straighten for now since it's cold and it's working. My hair is noticeably less frizzy after drying than it would be with the shark even using the same products, and I'm noticing less shed on the brush itself when blow drying my hair. I'll continue to use and see if I notice any cons but so far it's been great and i have 0 complaints.

I expected so much.. and HATE IT.
i treated myself to thug after using my daughter's dyson blowdryer which cut my drying time in half. I figured this would straighten it also. as soon as I got it I was shocked at how heavy it is. to heavy and bulky for travel with the extra box on the cord. but I had high expectations of a salon finish blow out. not only was my hand tired by the time I was finished but it took 5 minutes longer than my conair or instyler and it looked the same. exactly the same.🤣 for this kind of money and more travel weight than 2 current appliances together?? Just no. back it goes. I didn't even try it a second time today. my old dryer is faster and it turns out the same.
Worth the upgrade!
I purchased the new Airwrap I.D. and I LOVE it. I upgraded from an older model, this one feels lighter and it's easier to use. I love the hair profile feature because it saves so much time using th curling wands and the curls way longer. I will say there is a learning curve if you've never used one before but after using it a couple of times you will get the hang of it. If you're on the fence, this is your sign to treat yourself!
