You say this is safe to use on the waterline, but my eye doctor said using any product on the waterline is not recommended as it can lead to dry eye, especially in us older women. So how can you claim that, especially as it is waterproof? I ended up with dry eye after using another brand on my waterline and will never do that again. I used it for the first time yesterday and I was a bit disappointed that it didn't apply easily or give enough pigment. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it. I was expecting a bit more for the slightly higher price point

I like these eyeliners. I have sensitive watery eyes and needed a waterproof eyeliner that would hold up for the day. These work well after I set the eyeliner with a little translucent powder. I like the creamy texture and can use it alone or with an eyeliner brush to apply. I love the selection of colors too.
