Stopped heating
I have had this maybe for 2 years and the heating plates have stopped working. I loved every second of it when it worked. I emailed customer service weeks ago after seeing it had a 4 year warranty and I haven't heard a word back. For the money I spent on it I would have thought it would have lasted ...

Best flat iron ever
I have owned one of these for six years and it still works perfectly. It works great for straightening and curling. It makes my hair so shiny and helps control my frizzy wavy hair. The outside warms up too so it makes beautiful flat iron curls. I love it so much that I just bought a second one to leave at my parents house because I stay there a few days a week, and the cheap one I bought for travel just doesn't compare. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed. For the price, I expected a brand-new straightener, but it arrived with fingerprints and black debris inside the box, clearly looking used. Customer service was no help and even claimed it "did not appear used." Completely unacceptable for such an expensive product. I expected much better quality and customer service. Save your money and time, what a joke.
Stop working within a month
