Most Helpful Positive Review Great liquid eyeliner, perfect for creating wings
I was very excited to receive this eyeliner when I ordered it during Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty with their $15 shipping minimum. It arrived three days earlier than it was initially predicted to and in pretty good shape. The felt tip is really great for creating precise lines and my wings were super sharp. I got a few compliments (I didn't see a lot of people given the whole quarantine situation, obviously), and they lasted for ~5 hours before it began crumbling.
The crumbling was limited to where I'd applied the liner along my eyelid; the wings stayed in good shape until I took it off a few hours later. Maybe I didn't apply it thick enough on my eyelid? The liner has a bit trouble with opacity and I had to layer it in some places to fill a few gaps.
Overall, I was pretty happy with it and I will probably buy it again. It's a decent liquid eyeliner with a great felt tip, decent color deposition and a fairly affordable price. If you're looking to try out liquid eyeliner for the first time but don't want to drop money on Fenty or KVD just yet, this is a great thing to try.
Most Helpful Critical Review After the first week, 5 stars. A month later, dunking
Feeling mixed about this, because I love Colourpop and all the vibrancy, especially since another brand killed my favorite orange liquid eyeliner. Initially this was a new potential favorite, minus the fact that I don't love the inflexibility of the nib--which is fine, I can get used to that.
BUT: I've not had these more than a month and they're drying out. Not sure I'll repurchase, because I've had Stila ones for much longer that still work for me.
I am adding a star because hopefully Colourpop will cause everyone else to up their game and get in on more hot-colored ink! Black, blue, and brown are not the only colors.

I love colourpop but I don't like this. It had good pigmentation but was SO hard to get off. When I tried to wipe it off, it went everywhere
Great eyeliner great price !

It does stay pretty well without fading . I'll purchase this again ! The brown is the perfect shade too. Not caramel, but not black either :)
Lyss from NJ usa
It gets stained easily but it's white. Goes on smoothly and stays on. Love it.

i have two of these, in the black and the brown shade. it's a very thick formula. so as it is long wearing, it's also very difficult to remove. the color is nice and opaque though. i'm a little upset about the brown shade being almost identical to the black shade.
Awesome for all day wear

This is a true black eyeliner(even though the online swatch seems grey) It does have a slight shine but I still consider it matte. Love the length of the applicator literally stays on all-day no smudges wore it from 8am-8pm. It does go on wet but dries quickly and you do have to work a bit harder to remove it but I just go in with a Q-tip and remover, Overall amazing for the price

Personally I prefer brush tip pens but I didn't want to spend like $12.99 so I gave this a try since one of my favourite beauty gurus recommend it. It's ok. The tip is stiff (unless that's how felt tips work), it lasts fairly longtime.. nothing too special to me but not bad in a pinch

Very high opacity, but a tad bit streaky/watery. The tip is a bit flimsy but easy to maneuver.
Good formula, but change the packaging

Applies smoothly and has staying power, I just wish the applicator was thinner. I have to be more careful using this than some of the finer-point eyeliners I've tried.
Eyeliner addict from New York City
I'm an eyeliner addict!! I️ started off my eyeliner journey w a pen and drifted off into liquid brush liners. I️ wanted to get back into pens again bc they're easy to work with, this being said, this is comparable to the Wet n Wild eyeliner pens. The black color is vibrant & matte but the liner comes off easily. I️ touched it and it rubbed off.. I️ was trying on lashes (with no glue on them) and the liner was gone. The description however did not lie. The eyeliner did not smudge, transfer, etc... it just rubs off. The pen tip itself is pointy enough for precise work like wings. Overall, between these and wnw, I'd go w the wet n wild one (didn't come off that easily).
Color is way off
Natalyaaaaa from Seattle, WA
The swatch on the product page is waaaaaaay off for the "deep sapphire" color. It's navy. Almost black. I was really hoping for a rich teal. It applies fine and dries down very fast. But if you try to go back over a dried line, it will pull up and flake. The tip dried out while I was fixing my second eye, so I had to wipe it on a paper towel. Not the easiest liner to work with, not the color I was hoping for.
The Very Best!!!!

I get so many compliments when wearing this bold long-lasting eyeliner...it lasts all day!!!! I have tried very high-end.....and I refuse to use another brand after I found this more affordable gem!!!!!
Super adorable with long lashes

This eyeliner is so great for his price, it looks really really good with mascara or lashes. Would totally buy other colors
THESE ARE INCREDIBLE
aniemal from Los Angeles
I rarely write reviews, but these eyeliners are incredible. Easily duped from Kat Von D and even my Dior eyeliners. The price is just a steal. These are fine tip liner pens that allow you to control the application and the colors are very opaque. I was sincerely surprised by the white one. I am finally able to create all the liner looks i want!
Good for precise lines, thats it
Momo333 from Cali
Honestly don't know what to think about this liner... its more like a 3-4 for me but I rated it a 4 to be nice. Its great don't get me wrong, has staying power but not as much as my beloved elf liner (and for the price difference i'd expect colourpop to be better). In saying that this isn't completely horrible either. As a pen liner, its pretty good and a lot better than other pen liners Ive tried before. Its AMAZING for precise lines, I use it for my inner corners and thats it, I honestly just buy it for that but if you have hooded lids and trying to use this on your entire eyelid and not just the corners then i'd say skip this (it transfers after a few hours low key) Speaking of skipping, it skips lines when you draw it on too :/ also v hard to remove. Its either a hit or miss, its cheap so might as well try it! Might be your new fav. But if it doesnt work out, well at least you didn't spend a ton of money too!

Patchy application, doesn't go well over ang eyeshadow, watery and has streaks. Very disappointed.
Jocelyn from Fredericksburg
It's a pretty good eyeliner but after using it about twice it ran out of pigment. Thankfully you just have to store it upside down and it works really well but i use eyeliner a lot more than the average person since i wear it for everyday makeup and use it for all of my makeup looks which i do almost 1 a day, but it's an overall good eyeliner and very affordable
good for the price!

I picked up these liners in Grande and Graceland (brown and white). They're great for everyday use, but you need to wait for the first layer to dry before applying another layer, otherwise you'll start wiping it off. I also wish the tips were finer and the formula were more water resistant. Overall, these liners are good for the price and a cheap/fun way to experiment with different colors. (Grande is more consistent than Graceland, but I didn't expect a white eyeliner to be opaque!)
10/10 best liner I've cried in

This eyeliner didn't even BUDGE after a 30 minute mental breakdown.
Liz from Oak Forest, IL
This is my first second colourpop cosmetic item I've purchased. I LOVE this liquid liner! For being my first brown liner I'm super satisfied with it, I would recommend it. The black mascara was ok, wish it would be waterproof and maybe it's me but I also noticed a little crumbling. ANYWAY, THIS liner is now a daily part of my everyday casual look.
Best value liner

I love all their colors and it is great quality liner!
Amazing! Better than Stila.

I've used Stila's stay all day liquid liner for years and I have to say that this is so much better, especially for the price!
Watery & too dark
Blue-eyed lady from NC
Very watery liquid eyeliner. Color was supposed to be blue, but it's nearly black. It's even darker than midnight blue. Skip the purchase, the name "Color Pop" doesn't apply to this liner.
Aricka from Kent, OH
I saw this eyeliner was on sale so I wanted to try it because I love felt tips liquid liner because it gives me a better and more precise wing. I typically use Two Faced better than sex liquid eyeliner, but I think I like this one better. I will literally stay on through anything, it's a literal tattoo I love it!!! I will be making this my new go to.
Can't resist not even a little bit of water
Flavia from Bethesda
Overall the product is amazing, I loved the color and the texture, BUT it melts with water super easily which can be a problem if you cry or sweat.
Love these liners
RiRi from Michigan
Highly pigmented liquid liners. One swipe color pay off. Amazing for a pop of color with neutral looks or a bold statement on top of colorful looks. Love these for drawing stars and small detailed art around the eye and on cheeks. Fun to play and work with.
