Great liquid eyeliner, perfect for creating wings
I was very excited to receive this eyeliner when I ordered it during Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty with their $15 shipping minimum. It arrived three days earlier than it was initially predicted to and in pretty good shape. The felt tip is really great for creating precise lines and my wings were super sh...

Help, I put this on two weeks ago and it's still there
Okay, I needed a new liquid for this price point because the ones I used to use don't work so well on older skin. I was excited about this, at first. It is a fine line, and if you try to add more to the line (to hide mistakes or even it out) it gets shiny! But also, I used Neutrogena Makeup Remove...

I love this product but it dries out very quickly
One of my favorite eyeliner formulas but its a shame because it dries out a month after i open them. I use these like 3-4 times a week and they dry out within a month. Wish they lasted longer :(
Not my fav
Definitely dries way too fast and looks crumbly when you try to apply a second coat. Also, the applicator does not help at all. I feel like the liner doesn't travel all the way to the tip of the applicator so its hard to apply a thin line when I have to use the thicker part of the applicator just to get some product on my eyelid.
average liquid eyeliner
gets the job done and at a great price.
White is awful
White barely shows up. It runs out of ink after one stroke and you have to wait 10 minutes and shake it to get another stroke. It does not go on over other makeup (blush, foundation, eyeshadow). If you want a good white liner, especially if you need it to add details, pick a different brand
Good if you like your eyeliner thick
I've bought this twice as a budget alternative to the KVD tattoo liner, and both times I forgot why I don't really like this one. The liquid itself is pretty good: it smears a little bit with sweat, but no more than your average liquid liner, and otherwise it doesn't budge. Removing it can be a bit of a challenge, but a cleansing balm does the trick. However, I really don't like the brush on this one. It's a very stiff felt-tip that doesn't allow for a natural flick, and I have to draw very lightly to get a nice sharp point. I generally prefer a more flexible brush because it's easier to get a fine line and smaller, more natural wings on the upper lid. However, The felt tip actually does very well for drawing on lower lashes and inner corner liner since it deposits a lot of liquid without having to brush a tiny detail area repeatedly, so this does have its applications. I love Colourpop, but I think there are much better pen/liquid eyeliners at a similar price point. Will use this up and keep it around for my inner corner and drawing on lower lashes, but I'd skip this one if you want an everyday winged eyeliner pen.
