I recently bought a brand new bottle and I can not get the lid off. I know you push down and twist. I've tried and my husband has tried. I am so happy with this Clinque eye make up remover. It is a great product. My eue doctor noted that I needed double cleansing to remove my makeup and this product is gentle on my eyes and works very very well.
Fantastic remover
This summer, in the same Clinique bag a friend had given me, I really loved Clinique's Take the Day Off Makeup Remover in the trial size 1.7 ounce bottle. Through the clear bottle, you can really see the purplish liquid. With cotton balls and pads, you can easily remove eyeshadow, lipstick, mascara with a swipe or two. And it's perfect to take along for you when you travel, or on the go.
