I paint my nails often. This isn't new to me. It didn't say to use a base or a top coat, but I also didn't say ~not~ to. Disappointed
I waited so long to get this and im so disappointed in the quality. As other reviews now state, the color is uneven, thin paint, the applicator brush is hard to hold, and the bristles are thin so hard to make an even coat. They missed the mark big time with this one.

I love this color and it's a high-quality polish. My only beef is that the smell of the chemicals is really, really strong. Normally, I'm not bothered by the smell, but this is really offensive.

I love this polish. I wear dark colors on my toes and this is the best. The first coat is streaky, but the second coat is perfection. I hope that Clinique will make this a permanent item and bring back their nail color line that they had a long time ago. I remember a beautiful sheer pink and a true red plus base and top coats. I'll keep buying this polish as long as it's offered.
