Saturate cotton ball.
Sweep on. Wipe off.
Rinse with cool water before reapplying makeup.
For long-wearing makeup, use the press and hold method: Saturate a cotton pad with this liquid makeup remover, then press and hold over lashes for 10 seconds before wiping away makeup. Use the same method for long-wearing lipstick.

I recently bought a brand new bottle and I can not get the lid off. I know you push down and twist. I've tried and my husband has tried. I've been trying many different makeup removers and I find many end up stinging my eyes or irritating my skin. Clinique's take the day off does neither. It gets everything off easily. I will always repurchase.

Great product poor customer service from Ulta
This is my go to waterproof eye makeup remover. Doesn't require heavy scrubbing and leaves skin feeling nice. My last order from Ulta however took 12 days to arrive and customer service did not seem to care about the timeline. Each rep I spoke to said to check back tomorrow for a resolution as a delay tactic until the order actually arrived. I'll be purchasing elsewhere from now on!

I was looking for a gentle, oil free makeup remover to use after cataract surgery and this was well recommended. It worked perfectly as it easily removed all mascara without rubbing and left my eyelids feeling clean and oil-free!
