Shake well before use. Rinse mouth for up to 2 minutes with one capful. Then, simply spit in the sink. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Use morning and night.

This doesn't taste horrible and smells ok. It flowed easily and swished as I would expect. I find the lack of warning label that it won't clog drains amusing but that you need to wait 30 min before eating/drinking and to call poison control if swallowed, concerning. This mouth wash is mildly minty, easy to measured and easy to store as it comes in a smaller bottle. The cap is easy to open and close, and the bottle does not leak. The product I received does not expire until June 2027, so has a good shelf life. I do not like the fact that it does not have fluoride in the ingredient list, and has castor oil as this can be dangerous if ingested.

I have done oil pulling before and this is a great product. I like that it can go down the sink and has a good flavor. It's not super strong but still minty and doesn't have an aftertaste. I haven't seen any of the results yet but haven't been using it for long enough I think.

I received Therabreath whitening oil plus blend free from influencer and exchange for my honest review. Recently I tried out a new mouthwash called Thera breath whitening oil. I use a mouthwash every night after brushing and wanted to try something a little different from the normal stuff I use with alcohol in it. Therabreath looked like a good option so I gave it a try and I actually am pretty happy with the results. It has a good taste that is not too strong and it leaves my mouth feeling very fresh when done using it. It is an oil pulling inspired rinse but I did not get any greasy residue or anything like that on my tongue after using it. It is paraben free I'll call free and has no dyes of colors in it. I would give it a try if you're looking for something that leaves your mouth feeling fresh without the strong taste I'll call that many other washes have.
