Shake well before use. Rinse mouth for up to 2 minutes with one capful. Then, simply spit in the sink. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Use morning and night.

So I tried to do a video of me, switching the product, but the sound is super gross so here's a video of what the product looks like when it comes out of the bottle. This is a nice brand of mouthwash, I love the idea that it's combining oil, pulling with whitening and breath freshening. The problem is two minutes is a really, really long time to squish our mouth flush, most mouthwash has said that you only need to swish for 30 seconds. Can't even go the full two minutes before my jaw and my mouth starts hurting, I also find that this product makes me salivate a lot, and you're not supposed to eat or drink for 30 minutes after using it so it's a little awkward. However, if it truly whiten my teeth, it might be something that I would be willing to keep using.

TheraBreath whitening oil blend was very pleasant to use. I've done oil pulling in the past and have had good results with whitening my teeth from it. This blend combines coconut oil and a fresh mint oil to help freshen your breath and gently whiten your teeth. Just swish a cap full amount for a couple of minutes to experience it working. I enjoyed the mint flavor because it's not so strong that it burns or overwhelms you. There's no peroxide in this either. It's a great, natural product that helps keep your mouth and teeth healthier.

Ok so this brand isn't new to me. I was worried it would have a weird taste but it doesn't. Easy to swish in your mouth, doesn't burn, and easy to use. Would recommend to others.
