Shake well before use. Rinse mouth for up to 2 minutes with one capful. Then, simply spit in the sink. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Use morning and night.

This doesn't taste horrible and smells ok. It flowed easily and swished as I would expect. I find the lack of warning label that it won't clog drains amusing but that you need to wait 30 min before eating/drinking and to call poison control if swallowed, concerning. This is an interesting mouth rinse. It doesn't have that bright zing feeling like traditional mouth wash. It's actually a really watery texture. My breath smells better.

Very satisfied whit this mouthwash.its my first time using this line and I like it . It's very refreshing whitout being strong at all compared to others and it also has ingredients that help you whiten your teeth
