The packaging....ugh
while I like the product, the package is terrible. the shampoo is lovely. I like the scent. I probably won't purchase again because of the bottle. its very difficult to squeeze especially with arthritis in my hands. the package is pretty just not functional for me.

This shampoo and conditioner is pretty good. However, the packaging is terrible! I have arthritis in my hands and can barely squeeze it out. You also cannot open the top. I will be returning both.
