I use this strong hold spray for when I want to curl my hair. My hair is naturally straight and doesn't hold curls well at all. I found this 2 years ago and I'm hooked! Supposedly Great
This is my mother's favorite hairspray, so I end up buying it for her multiple times. She's really happy with it and says it holds better than other brands. I buzz my hair but if I had some I'd try this first then
Negative formula change

The formula has changed and not for the better. I've purchased this three times in the last several months, including from a salon, and the product no longer holds. It's not a fluke. I use far more product to get any hold. Won't purchase again.

If you have fine hair that goes flat in all kinds of weather this is the hairspray for you. Holds through all types of weather. Your hair will not go flat. I am sure that it would work for any type of hair. Highly recommend.

For states that allow up to 80% VOC, you may be able to purchase either product percentage. Some states, however, only allow up to 50% VOC. Kenra answered that VOC is determined by state you live in. I live in Florida and I get both....sometimes it's 80% and sometimes 50%. I love the hold of the 80% but my hair is curly and needs "picking" and when I do that with the 80%, it hurts me because of the pulling of the hair even when I try to gently pick it and damages my hair. The 50% doesn't hold as well, but that is what I need to stop the damage. HOW CAN I GUARANTEE WHICH VOC I AM GETTING IF I ORDER FROM YOU? I love Kenra and don't want to give it up, but I must be able to tell what I am ordering when I order it.
