With Clean hands, remove 1 suppository from the wrapper and carefully insert deeply into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Ensure that the suppository is in solid form, if not place in the refrigerator to solidify. This should be done while lying on your back with your knees bent. Once inside the vagina, the suppository melts. Insert before bedtime and lie down as soon as possible to keep leakage at a minimum. Some discharge or leaking is normal and expected overnight; use of a panty liner is recommended as needed. Repeat once every 2-3 nights. Do not insert more than 1 at a time. Store at room temperature.
