Great Quality***
I was a little nervous buying this product because there were no other reviews. What I really wanted to buy was a Andalou brand sensitive skin creme, but ULTA doesn't carry the sensitive skin line of Andalou (at this time). So, here I am trying the competition for the first time. Not only is this ...

Terrible Customer Service & Outdated Formula
The ingredients listed on the website are different than what I received with my product. The website lists Retinol and Bakuchiol in the ingredients, however the cream I received has Retinyl Palmate (instead of Retinol) and no Bakuchiol. I also have old packaging as well, I found this out after comp...

don't buy, they changed the formula
Reviewed at

I used this product for years and it used to be a white thick cream that absorbed well into your skin, leaving you looking bright and refreshing in the morning. Now, without warning the formula is completely different. The cream is a brown almost gel like balm texture, that simply sits on top of your skin and doesn't absorb. To make it worse, I got an immediate burning/irritating feeling as soon as I used it. This never happened with the old formula. Don't waste your money.
Glow try it for yourself
Ive been using this product for almost three weeks now. I dont have the old formula to compare it to. But as a night cream, sinilar to Urban Skin Rx, it is thick so a little goes a long way. I use the concetrated vitamin c underneath it and dont have a gritty feeling as others have said. Its smooth on and does absorb. Not immediately but it does absorb. Again a little goes a long way. So far my skin has not broken out and its looking gorgeous!
The new formula is terrible!!!

I have used this product for the past 9 years or so and have recommended it to a bunch of people. It was such a good product but now all of sudden the formula has been changed and new one is horrible. The texture is gritty and does not absorb into the skin at all. It does not feel good when you have it on. The new formula also irritated my skin and caused redness (probably from the niacinamide) so I had to stop using it. I tried my best to give the new formula a chance since it has been my night cream for years, but it just wasn't working and I had to quit. I am still hoping they'll go back to the original formula as most people hate the new one. Don't try to fix things that aren't broken please.
New formula 👎

New formula is gritty, and leaves a film. When it dries it is white and flaky.
Where's the old formula ?

I loved the old formula. It was silky smooth and hydrated my skin. A few months ago I reordered and received a product dull in color and slightly thicker. Not silky and shiny. I returned it because I believed it was expired since it didn't look like the previous formula I had ordered time and time again. Recently I decided to give it a try again and was met with the same thick moisturizer. I decided to try it in hopes it did the same job. Nope. It leaves a white cast and rubs off of your face. Terrible. Returning.
