Starting with half a pump, dispense foundation onto the back of your hand or directly onto your tool of choice (Rare Beauty recommends the Liquid Touch Foundation Brush or Soft Touch Makeup Blending Sponge), then tap or sweep onto the face in even layers, building as desired.

I received this foundation to try, and I'm honestly impressed! The formula is lightweight and feels comfortable on my skin all day. I was nervous to branch out to other brands considering it is really hard for me to like a foundation but wow, I am impressed on how natural this foundation makes me look. It applies smoothly and does not cake up next to my nose and chin like other foundations do. I also like how I can wear this all day long without having to apply. I highly recommend if you are looking for something that applies evenly and lasts all day without looking cakey.

I wore the Rare Beauty foundation to a concert where I danced for hours in the summer heat, and I was honestly so impressed. My makeup stayed in place all night without separating, creasing, or fading. The foundation gave my skin a beautiful, smooth, filter like finish while still feeling lightweight and comfortable. I also loved using the Rare Beauty blending sponge and it made the foundation blend seamlessly and gave me such an even, natural looking finish. Even after hours of dancing and sweating, my makeup still looked fresh. I didn't need any touch ups, which really surprised me. I would absolutely buy these products again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for long lasting, high quality makeup.

First this has the cutest product design with the lock feature very revolutionary. I feel like my foundation is always allover my make up bag so this is great the first i've ever seen with the lock feature. But overall, I've really been enjoying this foundation. The foundation itself has a lightweight, comfortable feel on my skin and blends out beautifully without looking patchy or cakey. The application was smooth I also applied it with the soft touch blending sponge and absolutely flawless coverage application. And it left my skin looking even with a soft natural matte finish. It gave me good coverage while still looking like skin, and it wore well throughout the day without feeling heavy or drying. My only issue was finding the perfect shade match. I have very deep dark skin, so this particular shade wasn't quite right for me. That said, I really appreciate the extensive shade range. It's refreshing to see a brand offering so many options for deeper complexions, and I'm confident I'll be able to find a better match next time.

The summers here are hot and humid. I work outside, so I usually wear very little makeup, if any, just because it usually comes off by the end of the day. This foundation stayed on for a full shift! There were no patchy spots and nothing separated by the end of the day.
