This spray can be refreshing AFTER I've rinsed off face cleanser with tap water. But using it to help remove the cleanser with tissues is NO GOOD for me. My skin is very sensitive to friction. Soothing for irritated skin and scalp
I used a new shampoo that irritated my scalp and left scabs and dried blood. This spray helped heal my scalp and soothe the irritation. My office is extremely warm and dry and ive been using this on my face and scalp theoufh out the day to refresh and wllininate the dry and tight feeling on my skin.

I've only had this for a few days, but this works wonders!!! A spot on my elbow was itchy, and after a couple sprays of this and the itching stopped. I recently developed new food allergies, which have formed a rash on my mouth. I'm on day 3 of using this and I have to say it is almost healed. I definitely have to have backups of this on hand. I have highly sensitive/reactive skin and I have had no issues with this!

My holy grail
This product may sound like a scam becuse it's "just water in a can" but this genuinely is magic. I spray this EVERYWHERE on eczema, rashes, sunburn, post skin picking, and for when I need hydration. If I was stuck on a deserted island, I would bring this and be fine.
My morning refresh
For those of you that don't wash your face in the am, the Thermal Spring water is the perfect step. Quick morning mist before applying my products works out perfectly for me. I've been using this for years and it has become a consistent part of my routine.
