Start by removing the strip from the tray and peeling off the clear release liner—the side that touched the liner is the active gel side. Align the strip with your gum line and press it firmly onto your teeth, folding the extra portion behind your teeth to secure it. Press down to ensure it adheres well, even on uneven teeth, and leave the strips on for at least 30 minutes. For a whitening boost, insert the LED light into your mouth with the light facing your teeth and press the power button to turn it on. The light will run for 10 minutes automatically; once it turns off, remove the light but leave the strips on for the remaining 20 minutes. To finish, peel off the strips by lifting one corner and gently pulling downward, then push the strip off the back of your teeth. Rinse your mouth thoroughly—and enjoy your brighter, whiter smile!
