MISSING THE POINT? Lay a tissue on a flat surface, then drag and twist the pencil to reshape the tip for precision.
LINE IT: Glide the pencil along the lash line and/or waterline. For a softer look, use a small, dense brush or your finger to gently smudge the line.
LIQUID SMOKE: Create a wing with Tattoo Liner in TROOPER BLACK on the upper lash line, then use a color Tattoo Pencil Liner shade to quickly smoke out your lower lash line and waterline for an undersmoke look. KVD Beauty likes AZURITE BLUE, but you do you.
TIGHTLINE: After lining with Tattoo Liner, use Tattoo Pencil Liner in TROOPER BLACK or PYROLUSITE BROWN to fill in any gaps in your upper waterline for a seamless look. Apply CANVAS BEIGE or PEARLSPAR WHITE in your lower waterline for a wide-awake, bright-eyed effect.

HAS TO BE BLACK!!
This is my favorite liner, by far, fot tight-lining the upper eyelid. It goes on easily, stays put, and doesn't transfer. BUT, I am specifically speaking on the "trooper black" shade. It works well and worth the price
Pointless purchase
I've never been as disappointed in a product purchased through Ulta as with the two Tatto "gel" liners I purchased (2 for one specal). The one was broken at opening—sticking out half an inch. Neither function like they are gel, rather they are dry, brittle, and can't draw a line around my eyes. Worthless! I can't even warrant two stars because they can't be used

Pencil dried up and doesn't work. Tried cutting the tip to get fresh start. Didn't work. Waste of money.

I love the Tattoo liner. I only wish it came with its own sharpener since it seems like it should have one unique to this amazing product. But it is really a product that works great.
Doesn't work for the waterline
This isn't a bad eyeliner, but if you're looking to use it on your waterline, forget it. The texture is smooth, but it doesn't go on the waterline well, and wears off quickly. I didn't even get half a day with it.
