nice but not as good as (un)dressing creme
This does indeed give you beachy hair. Not a fan of the gritty, dirty feeling. I have to use a lot to hold a style. I tried surf spray for a while but now only use (un)dressing creme, which is more effective and not at all hairspray-crunchy.

I sprayed a little on my hair after showering, and while my hair dried it had visibly more volume and looked noticeably wavier. It's the perfect product for adding beachy waves with just a few quick sprays after showering. Definitely will use again and again this summer! I love the soft, beachy texture this spray brings to my hair. I usually use it in the morning on slightly damp hair, then scrunch it in for a more natural, undone wave. It feels lightweight and gives my hair nice movement without making it too stiff or heavy. I also really appreciate that it is easy to wash out and does not leave a stubborn buildup behind. The scent is fresh and pleasant, but not overpowering. My only downside is that it does not hold very well on its own, so I usually need to follow up with another holding spray if I want the style to last all day. The Surf Spray is really nice. I find it very easy to spray and style my hair to achieve very soft waves/curls. It has a nice beachy scent that dissipates almost right away. It also adds softness and makes my hair very manageable without knots or kinks. Overall, a very nice wave spray that gave me very nice waves once styled.

I like it. This spray gives my hair a lot more volume and texture. I like that you can use it all year around also. It gives a mat finish also which is good because I don't like my hair to look greasy or shiny. It has a great scent to it also which makes my hair smell good.
