This does indeed give you beachy hair. Not a fan of the gritty, dirty feeling. I have to use a lot to hold a style. I tried surf spray for a while but now only use (un)dressing creme, which is more effective and not at all hairspray-crunchy.

It gives effortless beach waves and adds really nice texture and volume. It's lightweight, so it doesn't make my hair feel sticky or heavy. I also like that it helps create that messy, "just left the beach" look without much effort. Things that are not great about it: It can feel a little drying if I use too much. On very fine hair, it might make the hair feel a bit stiff instead of soft. The texture also doesn't last all day without a little touch-up.

I love Surf Spray from Bumble & Bumble! I've used it in the past and it was my go-to for scrunching my hair! It's fine, mostly straight with slight waves. When I want to enhance my waves and give them body I always reach for Surf Spray! It does a great job at giving you a literal "just swam in the ocean" look to your hair. It's never crunchy or sticky feeling. It really brings out the natural waves in my hair! The more I scrunch , the more wavy effect it has! It has a slight salty citrus scent. Bumble and Bumble sent me Surf Sprat in exchange for my review.

The Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray is definitely one of the best hair texture sprays I have tried yet! I use it when my hair is damp and when it dries, my hair has beautiful waves and does not feel sticky or hard. To top it off, the smell is wonderful! This spray definitely gives the feel of "beach". This spray gives my long hair beach waves. It is so easy to use, effortless and the waves last all day. I wrt my hair with a spray bottle and apply everywhere focusing on my roots for volume. They even look great the next day! I can go a few days without washing my hair with just this.
