My go-to daily waterline enhancer
Surprised to see ratings this low, this is easily the best drugstore liner I've found to achieve my preferred effect, most are so hard and dry. This goes on my waterline so smooth and dark, and as the day goes on it smudges nicely and naturally like I want from a kohl pencil. I can see how someone wanting to make thin, precise lines may not like this though; I feel like this really is best suited for the waterline, where even though it smudges, the lash line is still darkened and makes my eyes pop. Biggest bummer for me is that it only comes in black. Tried Milani's other pencils looking for a good dark brown, but theyre hard and dry like other drugstore liners.
