Soooooo in love upon first use. Makeup looked flawless and wore really beautiful through out the day. Lasted through the Texas heat, eating and all day wear. Will be repurchasing.

Strange smell
I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch or something but I don't think it's supposed to smell the way it does. Mine smells like something was left out in the hot sun for a few days and spoiled. Elf is usually great when it comes to smells so this surprised me which makes me think the batch was bad

Good foundation slightly misleading
This foundation goes on smooth. It doesnt make me look cakey or break me out which is a plus. However i would say this is a light coverage foundation instead of medium coverage. I feel like I use a lot of product to get a true medium coverage.

Best foundation ever!
Let me start off by saying that I am generally a foundation hater. I normally cannot stand the look and feel of foundation and so historically I have chosen not to wear it. I decided to give it one more go because I'm starting to see some melasma on my skin that makes me a bit self conscious if I'm going bare faced. Enter ELF Soft Glam Satin Foundation. 10/10 would recommend. It's super easy to blend, which is lovely for those of us that are foundation novices. It makes my skin look smooth and even and it covers my melasma but it still looks like MY skin and not a layer of paint. I will say that this is marketed as medium coverage, but I would classify this as light coverage. If you're looking for significant blemish or melasma coverage, I don't know that you'd be too happy with this product. For me, this is a staple. I am personally begging ELF to never discontinue.
Perfect shade
I ordered the wrong shade but exchanged it in store for my shade and it's so light weight and works great to cover my redness. I just use it around my nose area and upper lip.
Beautiful but…
The coverage, feel, and finish of this foundation is wonderful. Unfortunately, this foundation broke me out VERY badly. I would not recommend for acne-prone skin.
