Soooooo in love upon first use. Makeup looked flawless and wore really beautiful through out the day. Lasted through the Texas heat, eating and all day wear. Will be repurchasing.

Strange smell
I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch or something but I don't think it's supposed to smell the way it does. Mine smells like something was left out in the hot sun for a few days and spoiled. Elf is usually great when it comes to smells so this surprised me which makes me think the batch was bad

Turns orange
Oxidizes and turns orange. My shade was perfect, light neutral, an hour later, it's an orange mess. Patchy, dry, orange and not satiny at all.

Definitely a foundation to use for a more full-glam look. I don't ever do what most call a "full-glam" but this is my go to foundation when I know I'm going to get family photos done or going to a special event (graduation, wedding, etc.) It has never failed me and I love how it makes my skin look! I don't care who you are or what foundation you use, if you're a mature woman, you're gonna have the lines, and some wrinkles and even creasing with EVERY makeup, I personally have the least amount of all of that showing with this, and the price makes it just that much better! Sometimes, more expensive isn't always better…..just saying.

Have used quite a bit, blends well and not to much coverage that it's cakey I picked my shade at the store under the horrible lights so I think it's a shade darker than I need, but summer will fix this
I would by again but in a different shade
The only thing I didn't like was the shade match filter it got my shade wrong so it's a little dark but I love the formula and I plan on using it over the summer when I get a bit tanned
