Ok i've Tried this many times it does make you fall asleep but I notice during the night I have these vivid scary dreams that I never get unless I'm using this oil... This roll on reminds me of the old Buckley's commercials. After a while the smell becomes more tolerable. I have used this along with Unwind and Power down for the past 4 nights and the last 3 nights I have had a solid sleep.
