Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup.

TO REMOVE EYE MAKEUP: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing.

TO CLEANSE SKIN & REMOVE FACE MAKEUP: Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
