Complimentary from HUM Nutrition. I don't take any probiotic consistently but when I do I feel like my gut health is better overall. I was intrigued by the pre + probiotic and decided to try it since I've loved other HUM Nutrition products in the past. I've only been taking it for a couple of days but so far so good!

I have been taking the vitamin for about 2 weeks and I did notice an improvement in my skin. I did start my period and I usually get pretty bad cystic acne around my jaw, and I noticed that it was not as severe as it usually it is. I also noticed that my skin is holding hydration better! I'll have to wait for 30 days to fully see the health benefits but overall the packaging was a little frustrating with opening to get to the pills. The pills themselves are sleek, compact and really easy to go down. Compared to chalky type pills these are super simple and easy and taste like nothing!
