I had ordered another steamer some months back and literally had to sit at a table to get eye-level with it so the steam could hit my face. I promptly sent it back. What I love about the PMD is it shoots upwards, so you can actually be standing at your bathroom sink getting steamed. Sometimes I bent just a little at the knees to get closer, and other times I literally stood upright and still got an amazing steam (I'm 5'8"). It's simple, it's easy, it comes to YOU and there aren't a million buttons or settings - there's just one - which is how it should be. It runs for about 15 minutes. That's my only complaint. It's so awesome I wish it ran for 30+ minutes so I could just let it run in my bathroom while I got ready. But then it'd be a giant steamer and wouldn't fit nicely on your counter. So if you're on the fence, I definitely think this is one of the better ones out there. I'm so happy I found it.
