- Gently press the center of the water reservoir to release and remove the detachable reservoir from SilkSteam Pro.
- Take out the silicone plug and fill the reservoir with distilled water.
- After filling, reinsert the plug securely back into the reservoir.
- Carefully push the water reservoir back until it 'clicks' into place.
- Plug in the steamer and gently press the power button. SilkSteam Pro will illuminate in 'blue' to indicate that it is on.
- Allow 30 seconds for the device to heat up.
- Position the adjustable nozzle to direct the steam comfortably towards your face.
- Position your face at a safe distance from the nozzle, around 8", and indulge for 15 minutes.
- After use, gently press the power button to turn off. Let the device cool before handling or cleaning.
Adding Essential Oils:
- Before turning on SilkSteam Pro, select your preferred essential oils.
- Apply a few drops of your chosen essential oil directly onto the foam filter.
- Carefully position the foam filter onto the adjustable nozzle, ensuring it is centered and not obstructing the steam outlet.

Best Spa Facial Steamer
I have been really loving this PMD Silk Steam Pro spa facial spa steamer for the last few weeks now. I enjoy all the benefits the steamer provides and the overall feel of my skin afterwards. The sleek design is small and looks great on my vanity. The reservoir is easy to refill and it only takes about 30 seconds for the steam to start working. I then enjoy a 15 minute spa session of the silky steam so I am prepped for my skincare products. I've noticed the serums go on so smooth and absorb quickly. I love using this during my nighttime routine because it's so relaxing but more importantly when I wake in the morning my skin still looks plump and hydrated. As a makeup artist, having hydrated soft skin is such a bonus for makeup applications looking their best. This review was collected as part of a promotion.
PMD Silk Steam Pro
I never used a facial steamer before. First of all, I like the compactness of this machine, easy to store, lightweight. You can make your own spa at home with this machine. First I need to add water to the core of the machine, just press lightly and the core containing water will come out. Then gently reinsert it and press the start button. Wait about 15-20 seconds for the machine to start and start spraying mist. The mist spray part on the machine head can be adjusted accordingly. Don't put your face too close because this is hot mist and can cause burns. But it's really effective, I use it once every 2 weeks, steaming my face before cleaning acne and following the skin care steps, the essences will penetrate deeper into the skin. You will feel relaxed when steaming your face like this. It comes with three round filters, add a few drops of essential oils of your choice for more relaxation.
