Begin with dry hair. Comb and part your hair as you normally wear it. Put on gloves.
- Open one activator packet and pour it into the bowl.
- Mix the color and activator with the brush until fully blended.
- Apply to your roots on your t-zone (hairline & part).
- Use the cleansing wipe to remove any color from your skin.
- Set a timer for 10 minutes.
- Wearing gloves, rinse hair until the water runs clear.
- Shampoo then condition with the Color Therapy Hair Mask included in your kit.
- Let the mask sit for 5 minutes then rinse again.

Root touch up after stroke

I desperately needed root gray coverage 4 1/2 weeks after my last touch up but I had a stroke recently & was am paralyzed so wasn't mobile to go to MR Salon. So I ordered Pesaro & my wonderful boyfriend colored my roots last week (blue sweater pic). I feel beautiful and it was a nice treat after my devastating medical experience. I will add that at the emergency room during my stroke a nurse complemented my Madison Reed prior red blend hair color. Made my day after so much trauma. Life is good.

I use this every six weeks, halfway between salon appointments. I love it. Can you please sell a version without the plastic? I have tons of bowls and brushes already!! Or, sell a 4-use kit? Would love it if you could make this product (and your others) eco-friendlier, esp for those of us who are committed to using your products for the rest of time!

Product does not fully cover greys. I have few greys scattered newr my roots. It got some but did not cover all, i am surprised it did not cover all as i do not have that much grey/white hair. Its nice that it comes with two packs but it does not provide full coverage. Pricey to not provide full coverage.

The color was a bit darker that my actual hair color so next time I will go a bit lighter. Overall the product was good. Its hard to determine in the pictures just exactly what the colors are to match your your natural hair color. I thought the price was a bit too high. I would like to see the price in the 25 range instead of 40 range.
