Nice new creamy formula and new sponge tip💕
I have always loved the rock n kohl eyeliners but they did tend to dry out so hopefully this new formula will have longevity. It's a little creamier than the original formula and glides on easily. Once eyeliner sets, it lasts all day. Love the sponge tip firmness for smudging.with precision.

Had high hopes
I was so excited to try this! The fig color is so beautiful! But, it bleeds! It bleeds onto my upper eyelid. I am use to using stila's liquid liner or Bobbi Brown's cream liner, which both NEVER bleed ever. This was a total let down. I cant constantly keep wiping it off on my upper eye. I wanted a f...

Does not stay put
I cannot even make it out of the house without it smudging.
This product is great!
I dont know why the other reviews are so poor, this is an awesome eyeliner! The key is to let the eyeliner dry for about 30-60 seconds before using the smudger on the other end. It creates the perfect smudge look! Everyone should give this a try, I have every color and love the application.
I wouldn't buy this product again
I was anxious to try Charlotte Tilbury's products, I bought two waterproof eyeliners, one in black and one in brown. The brown came in broken. The product wore off within two hours after I applied it I wouldn't buy it again very disappointed.
Horrible wear time
This is one of the worst eyeliners I've used. It has a horrible wear time and runs like crazy.
