Nice new creamy formula and new sponge tip💕
I have always loved the rock n kohl eyeliners but they did tend to dry out so hopefully this new formula will have longevity. It's a little creamier than the original formula and glides on easily. Once eyeliner sets, it lasts all day. Love the sponge tip firmness for smudging.with precision.

Started out looking good and wearing well, but after approximately 3 weeks of use it started flaking/beading/smudging around my eyes. And the specks would get in my eyes. Not good! When I wear it I have to check it periodically and remove it from under my eyes. Otherwise looks bad. And since this wa...

Started out looking good and wearing well, but after approximately 3 weeks of use it started flaking/beading/smudging around my eyes. And the specks would get in my eyes. Not good! When I wear it I have to check it periodically and remove it from under my eyes. Otherwise looks bad. And since this waterproof, it is not easy to get off and I end up pulling that delicate skin. I wonder how long and under what conditions these products sit in warehouses, etc before being put in the shelves. Expensive and does not last! They only last long enough before Ulta will not accept a return for refund. And unfortunately I've found Lancôme pencils do the same thing. And yes I've tried application with and without concealer under the eyes & with and without powder to offset any perspiration during summer months. These cosmetics are expensive and should last longer. Very disappointing.

I dont understand the negative reviews. This is my favorite pencil liner. Better than UD, better than Stila, better than Clinique. Im a big fan.
