Eh wouldn't spend money on this again
It's just not worth it. There's no applicator so it's a bit difficult to get in. It didn't do anything for my cramps and discomfort and actually made me feel more bloated/gross. The covering is also pretty difficult to open which adds to the hassle. I've tried it 5x and just haven't seen any results...

I really love these and they were very helpful in reducing pain with my painful cramps that I've been experiencing my whole life.
